Before this kitchen remodel, the layout felt traditional and somewhat dated. Although functional, the warm wood cabinetry and outdated design lacked the bright, contemporary aesthetic the homeowners envisioned. After the transformation, crisp Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee on the perimeter cabinets and Benjamin Moore Unusual Gray on the island brought in a fresh, contrasting palette. The cabinetry was further extended upward, creating double-stacked upper cabinets that add both storage and visual height. A Hampton Carrara pillow tile backsplash with subtle tango mesh inserts brings sophisticated depth, while brushed gold hardware stands out against the neutral finishes, adding a luxurious touch. The custom hood, finished in a bold black with gold accents, serves as a striking focal point that unifies the new design elements.
